Installation and Care

Before drilling, identify the wall material and check for concealed wiring, pipes, and other services. The supplied anchors are not suitable for every substrate; use fasteners appropriate to the actual wall and load, and seek qualified installation help when uncertain. Mount the plate level, tighten without distorting it, fit the body and caps, then test each arm with a light gradual load. Do not exceed the stated static limit or use for body support, climbing, exercise, suspended furniture, valuables, or overhead safety loads. Inspect fasteners, pivots, stops, and wall condition regularly. Wipe dry with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.
